Ciao!
Torniamo condividendo con voi questa recente commissione, dove ci era stato richiesto di dipingere una t-shirt per regalo.
Questa è la seconda volta che ci ritroviamo a dipingere questo soggetto, la prima volta lo facemmo per una t-shirt per noi stesse.
A qesto giro abbiamo deciso di impreziosirla un po’ di più, utilizzando una colore metallizzato per la scritta sul retro.
La cliente è stata molto soddisfatta e siamo state felici di questo ordine anche perchè la committenza proveniva dall’Australia.
Quindi è stata una bella soddisfazione che qualcosa fatto da noi facesse un viaggio così lungo.

Speriamo vi piaccia e vi ricordiamo che siamo sempre aperte ad una commissione di questo tipo. Sopra la t-shirt realizziamo quello che voi volete, non è la prima volta che facciamo questo tipo di commissione.

Hello! Let’s go back sharing with you this recent commission, where we were asked to paint a t-shirt as a gift. This is the second time we find ourselves painting this subject, the first time we did it for a t-shirt for ourselves. In this round we decided to embellish it a little more, using a metallic color for the writing on the back.

The customer was very satisfied and we were happy with this order also because the client came from Australia. So it was a great satisfaction that something made by us made such a long journey.

Craft New Commission: Glass Vase Decoration

Hi! A few months ago we received the commission for the decoration of two glass vases.
The two vases, different in shape and size, had to have two different decorations: for the large vase we were asked for an abstract motif while for the small vase we had to create designs such as butterflies and ladybugs.
This is the final result.

Below we show you the steps and materials used for decoration!

1) The vases in their original state were simply smooth and transparent, without color.

2) We used a silver paste, which simulates the lead paste used in the assembly of the stained glass windows, to make the decorations in the vases. Once applied, we let it dry.

3) The final result. For the drawing of the butterflies and ladybugs we used a trace of a sketch to make them as precise as possible.
The squares of the large vase, on the other hand, were made without a basic sketch because they did not need to be precise.

4) These are the colors we used for coloring.
They are specific for glass surfaces, remain a little dense but there is also a transparent thinner available.
They are quite expensive and we bought them at an art supplies store.

5) This is the result after painting.
The color for the glass remains transparent and creates a beautiful play of colors.
Once spread, we let it dry overnight.

6) The next day we put the two jars in the oven for quick cooking. This is to ensure that the color for the glass sets well so that it will resist washing.
Of course, it is best to first make sure that the holder is made of glass and not plastic.
After this step the jars were ready!

Abbiamo messo a disposizione delle pose e le persone potevano ottenerle attravero sun asta. Il vincitore poteva avere i propri personaggi in quella posa, disegnati da noi.
Questi personaggi appartengono a SaKo, il ragazzo con i capelli rosa è Harumi mentre l’altro è Vincent.

New Fanart Commission

We made this commission through auction YCH (Your Character Here) and we had proposed that concerned pose a couple man and woman, so we were asked by the client to realize two characters of the anime/manga Fairy Tail by Hiro Mashima.
It was the first time that we drawed these characters but we really like this couple.

What is an “YCH”?
YCH stands for “Your character here” and basically means that if you win the auction, you will have your character drawn in this pose.
You have to make a BID to get a drawing with your characters here!

Abbiamo realizzato questa commissione attraverso l’asta YCH (Your Character Here) e avevamo proposto di rappresentare un uomo e una donna, cosi ci è stato chiesto dal cliente di realizzare due personaggi dell’anime / manga Fairy Tail di Hiro Mashima.
È stata la prima volta che abbiamo disegnato questi personaggi, ma questa coppia ci piace davvero tanto.

Logo Creation

The idea of the logo came first from the need to have our own symbol or signature that was recognizable and could be applied to our work, like a watermark.

L’idea del logo è nata prima dalla necessità di avere un nostro simbolo o firma che fosse riconoscibile e che potesse essere applicato sui nostri lavori, come una filigrana.
Da qui lo abbiamo studiato anche come logo da applicare al sito.
Assimilando il logo del nostro sito alla filigrana dei disegni, sarà più facile che con la loro diffusione su internet essi vengano riconosciuti come nostri.
Inoltre il loro studio è stato creato in modo che fossero abbastanza articolati, ma anche comprensibili, in modo da scoraggiare eventuali tentativi di fotoritocco e furto.

Vi ricordiamo di rispettare sempre il lavoro altrui, perchè la creazione di marchi, loghi e filigrane servono a proteggere i lavori!
Solo perchè le immagini su internet sono a libera visualizzazione per tutti, questo non significa che ognuno possa fare di quell’immagine ciò che vuole. Prelevare un immagine, rimuovere la firma o spacciare quella immagine per propria, equivale ad un furto.

Vasi dipinti (Painted vases)

Per Natale abbiamo realizzato dei vasi dipinti con i colori per il vetro, che resistono all’acqua rispetto alle tempere e la trasparenza rende effetti particolari rispetto all’acrilico coprente.

La decorazione richiesta era la frutta e abbiamo deciso di dipingere sul vetro senza usare la pasta di piombo per tracciare il disegno, cosi da dare un effetto più pittorico.

 

For Christmas we have created vases painted with colors for glass, which resist water compared to tempera and transparency makes special effects compared to opaque acrylic.

The decoration required was fruit and we decided to paint on the glass without using lead paste to trace the design, so as to give a more pictorial effect.
