1. What materials do you use?
The materials that we prefer for our illustrations are watercolors, ink, graphite, colored pencils, gel pen. We are also able to use acrylic colors, oil colors, colors for glass and linoleum.
2. What digital software do you use?
We use Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Indesign, Manga Studio, and Wacom Intuos Art as graphic tablet.
We use CyberLink PowerDirector for video editing.
3. How do you work?
We are a duo, so we divide the tasks into a job, to make the most of the time.
Naturally, each of us is also able to work independently.
4. Are the comics on the site published?
The comics you find on the site or in our social networks are currently Short Story, so each one is self-contained, and none of these have been published but only created for the contest. If we have the opportunity to publish something, comics or illustrations, you will find it included in the list in the BIOGRAFY section.
5. What do you take inspiration for your works?
When we work on an illustration or a comic we look for inspiration from anything that surrounds us and that can send us the right idea.
Regarding the artistic field, we have different figures, in different fields, that have influenced our path of artistic growth. For example Michelangelo, Caravaggio, Impressionist painting, E.A. Poe, H.P. Lovecraft, Fratelli Grimm, Tim Burton, Walt Disney, Hayao Miyazaki, Satoshi Kon, Hokusai, Hiroshige, Takato Yamamoto, Yoshitaka Amano, Kurokawa Inuko, Fuco Ueda, CLAMP, Roberto Innocenti, Arthur Racham, Libeth Zwerger, Edward Gorey , Gustave Doré, Stefano Bessoni, Viktor Michajlovič Vasnecov, Ivan Jakovlevič Bilibin, Noir and Expressionist cinematography and more.
6. Is it possible to ask for collaborations or propose projects?
We are available to take consideration the various work proposals you want to propose (both short and long term) and discuss the possible agreements together.

7. How can I support your art?
You can support our work in three ways: with free donations on our Ko-fi profile or through the commissions and the shop.
8. What can you do for me?
We are specialized in the art of comics and illustration but we are also practices of painting, graphics and handicrafts.
We can make illustrations, character designs, chibi, postcards, bookmarks, logos, banners, realistic portraits or manga-style portraits, prints, T-shirts, folders, bookbinding and box bindings and more.
If you have any other specific requests please contact us, we will see if we can satisfy you.
9. Can I use your images?
No. The images on the site or social are our original works, so you can not take them, modify them and use them as yours for commercial gains.
We can take into consideration the shares on blog or social, subject to agreement that includes the inclusion of the credits of the work.
If you want a work for you you have to request a commission.
10. Is commercial use possible for commissions?
All personal commissions are intended for personal use only, and are not to be reproduced or used for any commercial purposes, including advertising and sales. Please remember that any activity that promotes or generates a revenue is considered commercial activity.
If you wish to gain commercial rights to a commissioned piece, you must pay the commercial price for your commission.
11. What do I receive from the purchase of a commission?
It depends on what you request.
In the case of digital jobs, you will receive the file in the format you want (JPEG) via e-mail.
If the purchase includes a craft product (such as t-shirts, folders, portraits, bindings, paintings or other) just provide the address and paying shipping costs you will receive the commission at home.
On our original illustrations of which we hold the copyrights of image, you will receive in the mail the print of the original. Many works you find them already available printed on various media on Society6 or Redbubble.
12. Are the commissions free or paid?
Commissions are subject to charges.
We have studied art so this is not a simple pastime. Each work requires work, time and money (the materials are professional) that we have to support, so we ask you to recognize the merits of our work.
We have a PayPal account with which you can easily make payment from anywhere in the world.
13. Is there a price list to consult?
There is a price list for the commissions that you can consult in the SHOP section
14. Can the costs established in the estimate be changed?
No. Unless the customer himself changes his requests during the design process.
15. Can you provide printed material?
Yes, subject to initial agreement. You keep in mind that depending on the number or type of printed material there will be an addition of price, due to the cost of printing.
16. Where are the works sent from?
We are in Italy and we ship all over our country and overseas. You take into consideration the possible costs for shipping costs and the possible delivery time for foreign countries, which change from country to country.
17. Are there any guarantees on the quality of the product?
We guarantee seriousness and commitment in carrying out the work and in satisfying the requests according to the terms. We will work to propose drafts to choose the solution that will be fine the buyer. When the work is finished, the work will be adequately prepared for shipping to avoid damage.
Problems derived from Italian or foreign mail services are not our responsibility.
